The Fureys have always had a deep and passionate connection with generations of Belfast fans since forming back in 1978. As well as having played the Waterfront Hall an incredible twelve times to date, they have also performed many times at the Ulster Hall, the Grand Opera House and at the former Arts Theatre in Botanic Avenue - concerts that are now part of the city’s rich musical folklore.

This thirteenth and final Waterfront Hall show is shaping up to be an unforgettable farewell night when The Fureys will to say ‘thank you’ to the city that has played such an important part in their extraordinary career.

"We have been coming to this beautiful city for many years, playing our music, singing our songs with musicians, storytellers, singers and comedians and of course meeting many people that became great friends of ours over the years.” (The Fureys)
